The Address Book is an optional feature on Digital Surge designed to make crypto withdrawals quicker, safer, and more convenient.
It allows you to save trusted withdrawal addresses for each asset and assign a label to each address, making it easy to recognise and reuse the same destination without needing to manually enter wallet details every time.
You can still choose to manually enter a wallet address when withdrawing if you prefer — Address Book is simply an additional tool to help you withdraw with confidence.
Why use the Address Book?
The Address Book helps reduce common risks associated with crypto withdrawals, such as entering the wrong address or sending funds to an unintended wallet.

Once an address is saved and confirmed, it can be selected directly during the crypto send process.
How to add a new address
You can add a new address to your Address Book in two ways.
Option 1: Add an address while withdrawing
When making a withdrawal, you can add a new address directly from the withdrawal screen:
Start a withdrawal for your chosen asset.
Click the Address Book icon next to the wallet address field.
Select Add new address at the bottom of the address list.
Enter the wallet address and add a label to identify it.
Confirm the new address via the email sent to you.
Once confirmed, select the address and complete your withdrawal.
Option 2: Add an address from the Address Book menu
You can also manage addresses directly from your account menu:
Click the menu in the top-right corner of your account.
Select Address Book.
Click Add address.
Enter the wallet address and add a label.
Confirm the address via email.
Once confirmed, the address will be available to select during withdrawals.
Using a saved address for withdrawals
When withdrawing crypto, you can choose how to enter your destination address:
Manually enter a wallet address, or
Select a saved address from your Address Book
Selecting a saved address means you don’t need to re-enter wallet details, helping reduce errors and speed up the process.
Managing your Address Book
From the Address Book page, you can:
Review all saved addresses
See the labels assigned to each address
Delete addresses you no longer need
Initiate a crypto send to a saved address
For security reasons, saved addresses cannot be edited. If details change, you’ll need to delete the address and add a new one.
Important things to know
Addresses are saved per asset and network. Always ensure the address and network selected match the asset you are withdrawing.
For additional security, the first withdrawal sent to a new wallet address will also require confirmation to verify you control the destination.
Every new address must be confirmed via email before it can be used.
Unconfirmed addresses cannot be selected for withdrawals.
