Getting started with Digital Surge is quick and easy. Before you can trade cryptocurrency, you will need to create and verify your account.
The entire process only takes a few minutes and can be completed on either a computer or mobile device.
Step 1: Sign up
You can create your Digital Surge account in one of two ways:
Using the website
Visit digitalsurge.com.au and select Sign Up.
Using the Digital Surge app
Download the Digital Surge app from the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android, then follow the on-screen prompts.
Once you are on the sign-up page:
Enter your email address and create a password.
Select Create your account.
Check your inbox and click on the verification link we emailed to you. This confirms your email address.
Step 2: Verify your account
After verifying your email, log in to your Digital Surge dashboard.
You will first be asked to verify your mobile number:
Enter your mobile number.
Enter the SMS verification code we send to you.
Once your mobile number is verified, you will be prompted to choose an account type:
Personal account for individual users
SMSF account for self-managed super funds
Trust account for trusts
Business account for companies and businesses
After selecting your account type, follow the on-screen instructions to complete verification. This includes providing personal details and uploading supporting documents where required, such as:
Photo identification like a driver’s licence or passport
Business, trust, or SMSF documents if applicable
Step 3: Start trading
Once your account verification is complete, you can deposit funds and begin trading cryptocurrency on the Digital Surge platform.
