What is an ASIC Company Extract?

An ASIC Company Extract is an official document that provides a summary of your company’s registration details held with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). It typically includes:

  • Business name

  • ABN or ACN

  • Registered office address

  • Names of directors, shareholders, and beneficial owners

Digital Surge requires this document when verifying SMSF, Trust, and Business accounts.

How to Purchase an ASIC Company Extract

1. Go to the ASIC Website

Visit the ASIC Connect portal at https://connectonline.asic.gov.au.

2. Search for Your Business

Under Search ASIC Registers, select Organisation and Business Names.
Enter your ABN or ACN in the search field and select Search.

3. Select Your Company

From the list of results, select your company name to open the summary page.\

4. Order a Company Extract

Under Information for Purchase, select Current company information.
Select Add to cart, then proceed to checkout.

5. Pay for the Extract

The extract costs $10.
Payment can be completed securely by card.

6. Receive Your PDF

Once the payment is processed, a PDF copy of your company extract will be emailed to you.
You can then upload this file when completing your account verification on Digital Surge.
