If you'd like to close your Digital Surge account, follow this simple guide to complete the process. Before starting the process, please ensure you have completed the important preparatory steps outlined below.
Important pre closure steps
Download your account records
Download your account statement and transaction history as a CSV file for your personal records. This should ideally be done within 24 hours of initiating the account closure process.
Address account balances
Review your account balance and take any required actions.
Withdraw any remaining funds before closing your account.
Minimum trade amount is $1.
Minimum withdrawal amount is $20.

You are welcome to share feedback on your experience. This is optional but helps us improve our services.
Steps to close your account
Step 1: Access your Profile
Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard page. Open the drop down menu and select Profile.
Step 2: Find the delete option
Scroll to the bottom of your profile page. Under the More Settings section, you will find the option to delete your account.
At this point, a confirmation screen will appear explaining the process.
Step 3: Agree to the terms
Review the information provided and agree to the terms. When ready, select Start Live Chat to proceed.
Step 4: Request account closure via live chat
Send a message in the live chat requesting to close your account. Our support team will confirm the request and begin the closure process.
Your account will be closed within 5 business days. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
Post closure considerations
After your account is closed, you will no longer have access to your Digital Surge account or any associated records. Please ensure you have downloaded everything you need before completing the process.
