Adding and Managing Bank Accounts for AUD Withdrawals on Digital Surge
If you want to withdraw AUD to a different bank account than the one you originally deposited from, you can add a new bank account to your Digital Surge profile. Bank accounts are added automatically when you make an AUD deposit from that account.
How to add a new bank account
1. Make a deposit from the new bank account
Select Deposit Funds in the top right corner of your dashboard.
Choose the deposit method that suits you.
Complete a deposit of 20 dollars or more using the bank account you want to add.
2. Automatic bank account linking
Once the deposit is processed by your bank, the new bank account will automatically be added to your Digital Surge profile.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the deposit to clear, depending on your bank.
How to view your linked bank accounts
To see the bank accounts currently attached to your profile:
Open the account drop down menu.
Select Bank Details to view all accounts that have been linked through successful AUD deposits.
