The Pending Transactions widget appears on your Dashboard and gives you a real-time view of any transactions that are currently being processed on your account.
Rather than navigating away to check on a deposit or withdrawal, you can see the status of each transaction at a glance as soon as you log in.
What types of transactions appear here?
The widget displays any transactions that are currently pending, including:
Cryptocurrency deposits (such as BTC and ETH)
Cryptocurrency withdrawals
AUD withdrawals
Once a transaction has been fully processed, it will no longer appear in the widget.
You can view your complete transaction history at any time by selecting Transaction History from the menu.
Understanding the status of your transactions
Each transaction card displays the asset, amount, and a status so you can see exactly where things stand.
Some transactions are processed automatically and require no action from you.
Others may require you to take a step before they can proceed β for example, confirming a withdrawal via email.
If action is required, this will be clearly shown on the transaction card. Make sure to complete any required steps promptly to avoid delays.
Viewing transaction details
To see more information about a specific transaction, select Details on the relevant card.
This will show you a full breakdown of that transaction, including the amount, asset, and current status.
Frequently asked questions
Why isn't my transaction showing in the widget?
Only transactions that are currently in progress will appear here. If you can't see a recent transaction, it may have already been completed. Check your Transaction History for a full record of all account activity.
How long will a transaction stay in the widget?
Transactions will remain in the widget until they are fully processed. Processing times vary depending on the transaction type and any required confirmations.
What should I do if a transaction is stuck?
Most transactions will complete on their own if given a little time to process. If your transaction has been pending for more than 30 minutes, please contact our support team, and we'll look into it for you.
