When you withdraw cryptocurrency from your Digital Surge account to another wallet, a transaction fee will apply. This fee is required to process your transaction and is clearly shown before you confirm the withdrawal.
How Transaction Fees Work
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
The amount you enter on the withdrawal screen includes the transaction fee.
For example, if you enter 0.05 BTC, that is the total amount deducted from your balance, including the fee.
Review the breakdown before confirming
On the next page, you’ll see:Total amount entered (includes fee)

Final amount the receiving wallet will get
For example:
If you enter 0.05 BTC and the transaction fee is 0.00003 BTC, then the receiving wallet will get 0.04997 BTC.
Want the Other Wallet to Receive an Exact Amount?
If you want the receiving wallet to get a specific amount (e.g. exactly 0.05 BTC), you'll need to manually add the transaction fee on top of that amount when entering it.
So in this case, you’d enter 0.050030 BTC (0.05 + 0.000030), ensuring the full 0.05 BTC arrives at the destination.
🔍 Fee Transparency
The transaction fee is always displayed before you confirm the withdrawal.
Once the withdrawal is complete, the fee and net received amount can be viewed in your Transaction History.
