Before you can start trading on Digital Surge, you’ll need to fund your account.

You can do this by depositing Australian dollars (AUD) from your bank account or by transferring cryptocurrency from an external wallet.

Digital Surge only supports Australian dollars (AUD) for fiat deposits.

Deposit Methods

We support two main ways to deposit Australian dollars into your account — PayID and Standard Bank Transfers. Both options are free and secure.

PayID

PayID is the fastest and easiest way to deposit funds.

  • Deposits can arrive in as little as 60 seconds.

  • Some banks may hold your first PayID deposit for up to 24 hours as a security precaution.

  • You won’t need to enter a BSB or account number — just use your unique PayID email shown in your Digital Surge account.

Standard Bank Transfer

If your bank doesn’t support PayID, you can make a Standard Bank Transfer instead.

  • Deposits typically take 1–2 business days to process.

  • Some banks may process faster if they support fast transfers (OSKO/NPP).

Important Information

  • Minimum deposit: $20 AUD.

  • Name matching: Deposits must come from a bank account in your own name. Third-party deposits will be rejected and returned.

  • Bank checks: Some banks may contact you to confirm the transaction — this is normal.

Depositing Cryptocurrency

If you already hold cryptocurrency elsewhere, you can transfer it directly to your Digital Surge wallet. Each cryptocurrency has its own unique wallet address — make sure you’re sending the correct coin to the correct address (for example, BTC to a Bitcoin address).

Deposit times vary depending on the blockchain network, and small network fees may apply when sending from another wallet or exchange.

Ready to Start Trading?

Once your deposit has arrived, your account is funded and ready to go. You can now start trading, buying, selling, or swapping cryptocurrency on your Digital Surge account.
