PayID is one of the fastest and easiest ways to deposit Australian dollars into your Digital Surge account. Transfers can arrive in as little as 60 seconds and there are no fees. Most Australian banks support PayID which makes it a reliable option for quick deposits.


Why use PayID?

PayID lets you deposit without entering a BSB or account number. Instead, you use your unique Digital Surge PayID email to transfer funds securely from your online banking. This helps reduce errors and speeds up the process.


How to deposit using PayID

1. Retrieve your PayID email

  1. Select Deposit Funds in the top right corner of your dashboard.

  2. Choose Bank Transfer (PayID / NPP) as your deposit method.

  3. Your unique PayID email and reference number will appear, along with instructions specific to your bank.

2. Make the transfer

  1. Log in to your online banking.

  2. Enter the PayID email shown in your Digital Surge account as the recipient.

  3. Add the reference number exactly as displayed.

  4. Confirm and send the payment.

3. Complete the process

Once your bank sends the funds, your Digital Surge account will be credited automatically. You will also receive an email confirming your successful deposit.


Important information

  • Account ownership: Deposits must come from a bank account in your name. Payments from third parties will be rejected.

  • First time deposits: Some banks may take up to 24 hours to release your first PayID payment.

  • Minimum deposit: The minimum amount you can deposit with PayID is 20 dollars.
