The Digital Surge platform is designed to make managing your cryptocurrency simple, intuitive, and transparent. This guide walks you through the main sections of your account and explains what each area is used for.
Dashboard overview
The Dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It provides a high-level snapshot of your account and current market activity.
On the Dashboard, you can view:
Portfolio balance showing the total value of your account, including cryptocurrency holdings and Australian dollars.
Portfolio allocation chart showing how your holdings are distributed across different assets.
Watchlists allowing you to track your favourite cryptocurrencies. You can add, remove, or reorder assets at any time.
Wallet page
The Wallet page provides a detailed view of your holdings and performance.
Here you can see:
Wallet balance showing the total value of your crypto assets.
Individual holdings with each asset’s balance and current value.
Returns displaying your overall performance and the performance of individual cryptocurrencies.
Buy and Sell page
The Buy and Sell page is where you can buy, sell, or swap cryptocurrencies.
Key features include:
Access to over 400 assets giving you one of the largest selections in Australia.
Categories to help you explore coins by sector or theme.
Performance sorting allowing you to view top gainers and top losers based on your selected timeframe, with 24 hours as the default.
This page is ideal for discovering new assets and managing trades.
Depositing funds
In the top right corner of the platform, you will find the Deposit Funds button.
From here, you can view your bank details and make deposits using PayID or standard bank transfer.
Account menu
Selecting the menu icon in the top right corner opens your account menu, where you can access the following features:
Profile to view or update your personal details.
Bank details to manage linked bank accounts.
Transaction history to review trades, deposits, and withdrawals.
Price alerts to receive notifications when an asset reaches a set price.
Trigger orders to automate trades at a chosen price.
Recurring buy to schedule automatic crypto purchases.
Swap coins to instantly exchange one cryptocurrency for another.
Withdraw money to withdraw Australian dollars to your bank account.
API key to generate or manage keys for third party integrations.
