If your bank does not support PayID, you can deposit funds into your Digital Surge account using a standard bank transfer with BSB and account number. This method is reliable and, depending on your bank, may still be processed quickly.

Deposit times

  • Standard transfers: Usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Fast transfers (OSKO or NPP): If your bank supports these systems, transfers may be processed instantly.

How to deposit using a standard bank transfer

1. Retrieve your bank transfer details

  • Select Deposit Funds in the top right corner of your Digital Surge dashboard.

  • Choose Bank Transfer (BSB/Acc) as your deposit method.

  • Your unique bank transfer details will appear on screen.

2. Make the transfer

  • Log in to your online banking.

  • Enter the BSB and account number provided by Digital Surge.

  • Complete the transfer.

3. Confirmation and crediting

  • Your account will be credited automatically once the funds arrive.

  • You will also receive an email confirming your successful deposit.

Important notes

  • Account ownership: You must use a bank account in your own name. Third party deposits will be rejected and may cause delays.

  • Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is 20 dollars.

PayID deposits (the faster option)

If your bank supports PayID, we recommend using it as your preferred deposit method. PayID deposits are fast and simple, with funds often arriving in under 60 seconds.

To deposit using PayID:

  1. Select Deposit Funds on your dashboard.

  2. Choose Bank Transfer (PayID/NPP) to view your unique PayID email.

  3. Make the payment from your online banking.
