Standard bank transfers to a BSB and account number is the traditional way to deposit funds if your bank doesn't support PayID transfers.

The deposit time is up to 1-2 business days however if your bank supports fast transfers (OSKO/NPP) it is usually near instant.

Standard bank transfer

To deposit via standard bank transfer to account number and BSB, select the deposit funds button in the top right corner of your Digital Surge account.

Simply select Bank Transfer (BSB/Acc) and make the transfer from your online banking to the bank details provided on your Digital Surge account.

Once we receive the funds you will be notified via email and it will automatically be credited to your account.

Important notes:

  • Only send payments from a bank account in your name. Third-party deposits will be rejected and incur a delay.

  • Your account will automatically be credited and you will be notified by email once your funds have arrived.

  • The minimum deposit into your Digital Surge account is $20

PayID Alternative

If your bank supports PayID that is the preferred deposit method. It is one of the fastest ways to deposit funds. So instead of using a BSB and Account number, you can use your Digital Surge PayID email to deposit funds into your account.

You can retrieve your PayID email by pressing "deposit funds" in the top right corner and choosing Bank Transfer (PayID/NPP).
