If your bank doesn’t support PayID transfers, you can use the traditional method of depositing funds via BSB and account number. This option is reliable, and depending on your bank, it can also be relatively fast.
Deposit Times
Standard Transfers: Deposits typically take 1-2 business days to process.
Fast Transfers (OSKO/NPP): If your bank supports these systems, transfers are often processed instantly.
How to Deposit Using a Standard Bank Transfer
Retrieve Bank Transfer Details:
Click on the 'Deposit Funds' button in the top-right corner.
Select 'Bank Transfer (BSB/Acc)' as your deposit method.
Your unique bank account details will be displayed.
Make the Transfer:
Log in to your online banking account.
Enter the bank details provided by Digital Surge.
Complete the transfer.
Confirmation and Credit:
Once the funds are received by Digital Surge, your account will be credited automatically.
You’ll also receive an email notification confirming the successful deposit.
Important Notes
Account Ownership: Only use a bank account registered in your name. Third-party deposits will be rejected and may cause delays.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is $20.
PayID: The Faster Alternative
If your bank supports PayID, we recommend using it as the preferred deposit method. PayID is faster and simpler than standard bank transfers, allowing you to deposit funds into your Digital Surge account in as little as 60 seconds.
To deposit using PayID:
Click on 'Deposit Funds' in the top-right corner of your Digital Surge dashboard.
Select 'Bank Transfer (PayID/NPP)' to retrieve your unique PayID email.
