Standard bank transfers to a BSB and account number is the traditional way to deposit funds if your bank doesn't support PayID transfers.

The deposit time is up to 1-2 business days however if your bank supports fast transfers (OSKO/NPP) it is usually near instant.

The minimum deposit into your Digital Surge account is $20

Standard bank transfer setup

In order to set up deposits via bank transfer, we will require a bank statement from the account you will be depositing from. This will need to contain the BSB and Account number as well as your name.

Once provided we will be able to supply you with a BSB and Account number to deposit funds. The statement can be attached in the live chat window or emailed to contact@digitalsurge.com.au

Important notes:

  • Only send payments from a bank account in your name. Third-party deposits will be rejected and incur a delay.

  • First-time deposits may incur a delay of up to 24 hours from your bank

  • Your account will automatically be credited and you will be notified by email once your funds have arrived.

PayID Alternative

If your bank supports PayID that is the preferred deposit method. It is one of the fastest ways to deposit funds. So instead of using a BSB and Account number, you can use your Digital Surge PayID email to deposit funds into your account.

You can retrieve your PayID email by pressing "deposit funds" in the top right corner and choosing PayID.
