You can update the email address linked to your Digital Surge account at any time. To complete the change, you must have access to both your current and new email addresses.
Steps to update your email
Access your profile
Click on the menu in the top right corner and navigate to your Profile page.
Edit your email address
Next to your current email address, select Edit Email.
Enter your new email address in the pop up window and submit.
Confirm the change via email
You will receive two confirmation emails.
A confirmation email will be sent to your original email address. Open it and select Change Your Email to approve the update.
A second confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. Open it and confirm the change.
Once both confirmations are completed, your email address will be updated. You can now log in using your new email and all future account communications will be sent there.
What if I do not have access to my original email?
If you no longer have access to your original email address, please contact our support team via live chat or email at contact@digitalsurge.com.au and we will assist you with the process.
