Price alerts allow you to monitor the price of any cryptocurrency and notify you when it reaches your desired level. You can receive alerts via SMS, email, or in-app notifications.
How to Set Up a Price Alert
Step 1: Access Price Alerts
Open the Price Alerts section from the drop-down menu on your dashboard.
Step 2: Add a New Price Alert
Click the ‘Create a price alert’ button.
Step 3: Configure Your Price Alert
Select the cryptocurrency you want to monitor from the searchable drop-down list.
Enter the price (in AUD) you want to be notified about.
Choose how you’d like to receive the alert:
SMS
Email
In-App Notification (leave the method blank for app notifications only).
Confirm your setup by clicking ‘Create’.
That’s it! Your price alert is now active.
How to Edit or Delete a Price Alert
Step 1: Manage Your Alerts
Navigate to the Price Alerts section.
Use the On/Off toggle to temporarily disable an alert.
To make changes, click the Edit button.
Step 2: Edit or Delete the Alert
Edit: Follow the steps in Step 3 of the setup process to adjust the details.
Delete: Click the ‘Delete’ button and confirm your choice.
How Price Alerts Notify You
When the price you’ve set is reached:
A bell icon notification will appear on your dashboard.
Select the bell icon to view further details about the alert.
If you’ve chosen SMS or email, you’ll also receive a notification through those channels.
Please note that price alerts are based on the last price (which is a price between the buy and sell price) of the asset.
