Price alerts help you track the price of any cryptocurrency and notify you when it reaches a level you choose. You can set alerts based on either the buy price or the sell price, and alerts can be delivered by SMS, email or in-app notification.
How to Set Up a Price Alert
Step 1: Access Price Alerts
From the drop-down menu, select Price Alerts.
Step 2: Create a new alert
Select Create new price alert.
Step 3: Configure your alert
Choose whether you want a Buy or Sell price alert using the toggle at the top
Choose the cryptocurrency you want to monitor from the searchable list
Enter the price in AUD you want to be alerted about
Select how you’d like to receive notifications
SMS
Email
In-app notification (leave the method blank for app notifications only)
When you’re ready, select Create to activate your alert.
That’s all you need to do.
How to edit or delete a price alert
Step 1: Manage your alerts
Go to the Price Alerts page.
Use the On/Off toggle to temporarily disable an alert or select Edit to make changes.
Step 2: Edit or delete the alert
Edit: Update the price or notification settings, then save your changes. Note that you can't switch an existing alert between Buy and Sell — if you need the other type, delete the alert and create a new one instead.
Delete: Select Delete and confirm to remove the alert
How alerts notify you
When your selected price is reached:
A bell icon notification will appear on your dashboard
Selecting the bell icon will show more details about the alert
If you chose SMS or email, you'll also receive a notification through those channels
Price alerts are based on whichever price you selected when creating the alert — the buy price or the sell price.
