Adding and Managing Bank Accounts for AUD Withdrawals on Digital Surge
If you wish to withdraw AUD from your Digital Surge account and use a different bank account than the one you initially deposited with, you'll need to add the new bank account to your profile.
Adding a New Bank Account
To add a new bank account, follow these steps:
Make a Deposit:
Click on the 'Deposit Funds' button at the top right of your page.
Select the most convenient deposit method for you.
Important: The minimum deposit amount is $20.
Automatic Bank Account Addition:
Once your deposit is successfully processed, the bank account used for the deposit will automatically be added to your account.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your bank to process your transaction.
Viewing Your Bank Accounts
To review all bank accounts linked to your Digital Surge account:
Navigate to your account's drop-down menu.
Select 'Bank Details' to view the list of your attached bank accounts.
