Steps to Close Your Account
Step 1: Access Your Profile
Log in to your account and navigate to your Dashboard page. Locate your Profile from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Find the Delete Option
Scroll to the bottom of your profile page. Under the ‘More Settings’ section, you’ll see the option to delete your account.
At this point, you’ll be presented with a confirmation screen that outlines the process.
Step 3: Agree to the Terms
Review and agree to the terms presented. Once you’ve read the details, click ‘Start Live Chat’ to continue.
Step 4: Request Account Closure via Live Chat
In the live chat, send a message requesting to close your account. Our support team will confirm your request and begin processing the closure.
