If you would like to close your Digital Surge account, this quick and easy guide will assist you in doing so.
Step 1
On your dashboard page, locate your profile from the drop-down menu
Step 2
Scroll to the bottom of your profile. Under ‘more settings’ you will see the option to delete your account.
You will then be presented with the following screen before continuing:

Once you have agreed with the terms, press ‘Start live chat’
Step 4
In the live chat, request that you would like to close your account. Your message will be received by the team, and we will proceed to close your account within 5 business days.
