Withdrawing AUD from your Digital Surge account is easy and quick. If you have previously deposited AUD with us, your bank account with be automatically connected.

Please note the minimum withdrawal is $20. Your account funds will show your available amount of AUD. You can locate your account funds from the top of your screen.

Be aware that your account funds are not the same as your portfolio balance. If you are looking to withdraw the AUD value from your portfolio balance, you may need to sell your crypto assets into AUD first.

Click on the drop-down menu in the top right of your page then select the ‘Withdraw money’ tab.

You will then be able to select the nominated bank account that you wish to withdraw your funds to.

Once you have selected the bank account, please proceed to enter the amount of AUD that you wish to withdraw from your available balance.

Now that you have entered your desired amount, simply press ‘Withdraw AU$’.

You will be required to enter your verification code to finalise the withdrawal. If you have 2FA enabled, this can be retrieved from your authenticator app.

If you do not have 2FA enabled, you must enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone via SMS to complete the transaction.
