You can change your Digital Surge password used to access your account anytime. In order to update your password, you will need access to the email address linked to your Digital Surge account.
Steps to update your password from the Login page
From the login page, please select Forgot Password?
Enter your email address, select Continue
An email will be sent to your email to confirm the change. Please proceed to your email and select Reset your password
Enter your new password and then confirm your new password. It is recommended to ensure that a strong password has been made. Once you have done so, please select Reset password
and that's it! You have successfully updated your password. You will see a confirmation message at the bottom of your screen.
Steps to update your password from the Profile page
From your Profile page. please select Edit password
Enter your current password and select Continue. You will then be notified that a verification link has been sent to your email.
An email will be sent to your email to confirm the change. Please proceed to your email and select Change your password
Enter your old password then your new password and finally confirm your new password. It is recommended to ensure that a strong password has been made. Once you have done so, please select Change password
and that's it! You have successfully updated your password.
