PayID can be used to deposit money into your account in as little as 60 seconds - and it's 100% free. Most banks do support PayID transfers.
PayID is the preferred deposit method as it is one of the fastest ways to deposit funds.
Instead of using a BSB and Account number, you can use your Digital Surge PayID email to deposit funds into your account from your online banking.
How to retrieve your PayID Email
You can begin to retrieve your PayID email by pressing "deposit funds" in the top right corner and choosing PayID
Then simply select the bank you are with.
Your PayID email and reference number will appear along with instructions on how you can make the PayID transfers from your online banking account.
Access your online banking account and complete the transfer using the PayID email address and reference number provided on your Digital Surge account.
And that is it.
Your account will automatically be credited and you will be notified by email once your funds have arrived.
Important notes:
Only send payments from a bank account in your name. Third-party deposits will be rejected and incur a delay.
First-time deposits may incur a delay of up to 24 hours from your bank
