Step 1 - Sign in to Westpac Mobile App
Step 2 Select "Pay" at the bottom of the screen
Step 3: Select "Choose an account"
Step 4: Select the account you want to pay from
Step 5: Enter in the reference number provided in your Digital Surge deposit screen
Step 6: Select "Choose a payee or biller"
Step 7: Select the "add" button
Step 8: Select "New PayID/Mobile Payee
Step 9: Select "Email address"
Step 10: Enter your personal PayID email address. This will be in the format of xxxxxxxxx@digitalsurge.com.au (e.g. 123123123@digitalsurge.com.au) and click continue to verify email
Step 11: Check that the details provided from the email address are for Digital Surge and click next
Step 12: Enter in the same reference number as before in the "Description"
Step 13: Enter the amount that you have made your deposit request for in your Digital Surge account and click "Next"
Step 14: Check to make sure all of the details are correct and click "Confirm"
Step 15: Enter the verification codes you received on your mobile and click "Next"
Step 16: When payment is processed, the screen below will change from "Processing" to "Processed" and payment will be sent, click "Done" to exit screen
Step 17: Payment will be credited to your Digital Surge account once received
