Some visas are issued electronically upon arrival in Australia, so you may not have a physical visa label in your passport.

If you hold dual citizenship and have an Australian passport as well as an international passport, you must verify your identity using your Australian passport.
Once you become an Australian citizen, any previous visas attached to your international passport are no longer valid.

If you have been issued a new passport while in Australia, make sure your visa details are updated with the passport issuing authority.
If the visa has not been transferred correctly, verification may fail.

Ensure the name you enter during verification matches exactly with the name recorded in your Visa Grant Notice or the visa issuer’s database.
Check all spelling, middle names and order of names before submitting.
