To deposit funds from your bank account into your Digital Surge account, just follow these easy steps.

Depositing AUD via other banks:

  1. Log in to your bank’s mobile app or internet banking.
Open your bank’s official app or visit their online banking website.

  2. Select the option to make a payment or transfer.

Look for a section like “Pay Someone,” “Transfer Money,” or “Make a Payment.”

  3. Choose the payment type.

    • If your bank supports PayID, select that option.

    • Otherwise, choose Bank Transfer / Pay Anyone / BSB & Account Number.

  4. Enter the payee details.

    • For PayID, enter your Digital Surge PayID email exactly as provided.

    • For Bank Transfer, enter the BSB, Account Number, and ensure the reference/message field is filled in exactly as instructed.

  5. Enter the amount you want to transfer.

  6. Review and confirm the transfer.
Double-check that the PayID or bank details are entered correctly and that the reference is accurate.

  7. Submit the payment. Complete the transfer. You may be prompted to verify with SMS or your bank’s security method.

FAQ – Depositing Funds into Digital Surge

1. Can I deposit using Revolut, Wise, or other money transfer services?

No — we can’t accept deposits from third-party companies or non-bank services, including platforms like Revolut, Wise, Remittance Services, or international wire transfers.

All AUD deposits must come from an Australian bank account that’s held in your name. This helps ensure your funds are correctly linked to your account and avoids processing delays or complications.

2. What’s the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum amount you can deposit into your Digital Surge account is $20 AUD.

3. Do deposits need to come from a bank account in my name?

Yes — we only accept deposits from bank accounts that match your name on Digital Surge. If you use someone else’s account (like a partner or friend), the deposit won’t be accepted and may be delayed while we return the funds.

4. How long does it take for deposits to arrive?

Most deposits via PayID or Osko land within minutes, but in some cases, your bank may hold the transfer for up to 24 hours, especially if it’s your first time or a large amount. Don’t worry — you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your funds hit your account.

5. How will I know when my deposit is successful?

We’ll send you an email as soon as your deposit has been received and credited to your Digital Surge account. You can also check your balance by logging in and heading to your dashboard.
