Here’s how you can transfer funds from your ING account to your Digital Surge account in a few quick steps.
Depositing AUD via the ING App:
Login to your ING App and select the account you want to transfer from
Tap PAY > PAY ANYONE
Tap the 'To' and your Address Book will pop up. If you need to add a new account tap '+', and select either ‘Bank account’ or ‘PayID’, then enter the details of the account you wish to transfer to.
Enter the Amount, Description and reference (both optional) and tap PAY
Review the payment details are correct on the Confirm page and tap CONFIRM and the confirmation details will appear.
Deposit AUD via ING online banking:
Login to Online Banking using your client number (found on the back of your Orange Everyday card, a recent statement or in the ING App) and access code
From the navigation menu, click Transfer & pay > Pay anyone
Either select an account you want to pay To from your address book or click + New payee if it’s not there, then enter the details of the account you wish to transfer to.
Enter the Amount, Description & Reference (both optional), then select When would you like to make your payment? and click Payment
Review the payment details are correct on the ‘View and confirm your payment’ page
Click Confirm and the confirmation details will appear.
Tip: For people you pay regularly, add their account details to your Address Book to make the process even quicker next time.

1. What’s the minimum deposit amount?
The minimum amount you can deposit into your Digital Surge account is $20 AUD.
2. Do deposits need to come from a bank account in my name?
Yes — we only accept deposits from bank accounts that match your name on Digital Surge. If you use someone else’s account (like a partner or friend), the deposit won’t be accepted and may be delayed while we return the funds.
3. How long does it take for deposits to arrive?
Most deposits via PayID or Osko land within minutes, but in some cases, your bank may hold the transfer for up to 24 hours, especially if it’s your first time or a large amount. Don’t worry — you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your funds hit your account.
4. How will I know when my deposit is successful?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your deposit has been received and credited to your Digital Surge account. You can also check your balance by logging in and heading to your dashboard.
