Depositing from your Suncorp account? No worries — it’s quick and easy! Just follow these simple steps.

You can send fast payments from Osko eligible accounts using the Suncorp Bank App, Internet Banking or with the help of staff at a branch.

In the Suncorp Bank App, select 'Pay/Transfer' and 'Pay Someone' and choose to send to a BSB and account number or a PayID. In Internet Banking, select 'Transfer Money' and 'Pay Someone' to send payments to a BSB and account number or PayID.

You will not need to elect to make an Osko fast payment in the Suncorp Bank App or Internet Banking. They will automatically make the payment for you as an Osko fast payment if the receiving bank is an Osko participant and the account receiving the payment is Osko-enabled.

FAQ – Depositing Funds into Digital Surge

1. What’s the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum amount you can deposit into your Digital Surge account is $20 AUD.

2. Do deposits need to come from a bank account in my name?

Yes — we only accept deposits from bank accounts that match your name on Digital Surge. If you use someone else’s account (like a partner or friend), the deposit won’t be accepted and may be delayed while we return the funds.

3. How long does it take for deposits to arrive?

Most deposits via PayID or Osko land within minutes, but in some cases, your bank may hold the transfer for up to 24 hours, especially if it’s your first time or a large amount. Don’t worry — you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your funds hit your account.

4. How will I know when my deposit is successful?

We’ll send you an email as soon as your deposit has been received and credited to your Digital Surge account. You can also check your balance by logging in and heading to your dashboard.
